AL League of Legends coach Yang Zhonghe has officially resigned from his position as AL League of Legends assistant coach.

Following thorough communication and friendly consultation, AL League of Legends officially announced that Coach Yang Zhonghe (ID: AL.Xiaobai) will step down from his position as assistant coach. This adjustment fully respects his personal wishes, and the decision was made jointly by both parties based on understanding and support. As a core member of the team, Coach Xiaobai has made irreplaceable contributions to the AL League of Legends project in the past.  

During his tenure as assistant coach, Xiaobai demonstrated exceptional professionalism and boundless enthusiasm. He not only participated in building the team's tactical system but also cared about the players' growth and performance, becoming a mentor on the field and a friend in life. Through countless training sessions and matches, his guidance and companionship helped the players achieve improvements in both technical skills and mental fortitude.  

Coach Xiaobai's efforts are not only evident on the surface but also woven into every detail. Whether it's studying game versions late into the night, analyzing match data, conducting pre-match tactical drills, or reviewing matches afterward, he goes all out to ensure the team is fully prepared for every game. His focus and dedication have established a robust and efficient training system for the team.  

As a former professional player, Coach Xiaobai generously shared his extensive practical experience and deep understanding of the game with the team. His expertise in core game mechanics and meticulous management provided crucial support for the team, enabling more precise tactical execution and draft decisions. It is precisely this professionalism and attention to detail that allows AL League of Legends to maintain its stability and confidence in the fierce competition.  

We sincerely thank Coach Xiaobai for his hard work and dedication to AL League of Legends. From his focused thinking on the sidelines to his patient guidance in the training room, every effort he made is deeply etched in the team's memory. Although we are sad to see him go, we respect his choice and understand the new direction and challenges he will face in his career.
