Inter Miami beat Deportivo San Miguelito 3-1

Javier Mascherano led Inter Miami to a comfortable 3-1 win over Panamanian side Deportivo San Miguelito. Despite having a clear advantage in possession in the early stages, Inter Miami did not really take control until the second half of the game.

Messi and Suarez showed their old tacit understanding. Messi cooperated with Suarez after a wonderful breakthrough, but his shot was bravely saved by the opponent's goalkeeper.
