Cole Palmer admits the team is out of form and the players are working hard to get back into shape

Cole Palmer, who currently plays for Chelsea, admits that the team's recent results are not as good as the good performance in the first half of the season. But Cole Palmer and his teammates are working hard to change this situation every day.  

Cole Palmer has been involved in 20 goals in the league so far, and he has once again become an influential player for Chelsea and is likely to equal last season's 33 goals. Cole Palmer said he is not bothered by such achievements and firmly believes that he can achieve great success in the team.  

Cole Palmer said: "I didn't expect it to be so soon, but I knew I could do it. I just work hard in training every day and listen to the coach's instructions."  

But that doesn’t mean Cole Palmer isn’t keen to improve his and his team’s fortunes. Chelsea had won eight games in a row in all competitions and were unbeaten in 12 games until the end of December. But since then, the team has found winning increasingly difficult, although the team has won three of its last six games.  

Cole Palmer said: "We have been in a bit of a slump recently, but we are working hard to get back into shape. I knew coach Enzo Maresca before, so it's great to work with him again. Enzo Maresca gives us all the ideas, and we just need to execute it. I have a good relationship with Enzo Maresca and my teammates, and we all have a very close relationship."  

In addition, Cole Palmer also talked about his performance on the penalty spot. He said that his calm penalty kicks only come from talent and keeping calm.  

Cole Palmer said: "I haven't practiced it. Maybe I'll take three penalties the day before the game, but it's not something I practice. But I don't care how I score the goal as long as I can score it."
