Time waits for no one. The content of the new S42 season is constantly being revealed. The international server is launching a series of benefits, while the Chinese server is preparing for the new season. With less skin sales, the focus can be shifted back to climbing the ranks. All you pros, continue to study hero data, make comparisons, and find the hero with guaranteed attributes to ensure an early advantage. A bunch of overpowered heroes haven't been changed yet. If they aren't banned and are released, you really need to grab them as soon as possible.
Dunshan
The most talked-about support hero this season, his rework has become a disaster for everyone. He's either banned or picked, to an absurd degree, with no hero able to counter him. Any form of control, healing reduction, or debuff is rendered useless. The only remaining option is to pick an AOE damage-dealing hero to go to war, taking on two opponents at once, using single skills to attack conjoined twins. Not just in high-level ranked matches, his win rate in casual games is skyrocketing. He can lift enemies to provide shields, fire stone cannons to slow and lock them down, his second skill is an initiation tool, and his ultimate's light damage has a long enough range to be impenetrable to Gan Jiang Mo Xie's four flying swords, no matter how high or low you fly. His pick rate in top-tier games reaches 7.2%, with a win rate of 53.78%. In other ranks, it breaks the 50% mark, making him truly difficult to counter.
Nezha
Most players choose the side lane, while the jungler is more recommended. Each has its own advantages. The former doesn't need to worry about being harassed while clearing minions, but the downside is that they are relatively weak in the laning phase. Their fourth skill allows for flying support, but the battlefield can't be too far away. After grouping up, they still have to go back to defend their lane. The jungler doesn't have this problem. Their ultimate skill grants tenacity and damage reduction upon landing, burning enemies and dealing continuous damage, all of which is true damage. Shields can't help you. Even the developers think the changes are very powerful, but they don't plan to nerf them. In high-star games, the pick rate is 14.5%, and the win rate is 53.77%. In areas with many skilled players, any one of them can perform quite well.
The separation of full-map vision and ultimate skill, compared to the initial version of Nezha, is a significant improvement. Drawing inspiration from Lanling King's invisibility, an additional skill has been added. It is believed that more heroes will be redesigned in the future based on this approach. Take Bian Que as an example; his venom is both an attack and a recovery. If these two functions are separated, then there will be no need to use small skills to frequently stack passive layers.
Finally, there's Mozi, the bane of marksmen. If his cannon shots are accurate enough, he's really reliable. A series of controls leaves the opponent with no chance to retaliate, and they're unlikely to be able to use their key skills.
