Grizzly and Hena arrived on the same day, completing the basic lineup for the UP (uploader) team.

UP's League of Legends division released an announcement on Wednesday confirming the completion of a series of personnel adjustments. They have brought in two Korean players: Cho Seung-hoon (ID: Grizzly) from HLE.C and Park Jeong-hwan (ID: Hena) from LYON.

All indications suggest that Grizzly's arrival will fill the void left by the departure of former UP jungler Shi Jiajun (ID: luoyiyu). As a product of HLE's youth academy, the 20-year-old has represented the team in the 2023 LCK Summer Split and the 2024 KeSPA Cup over the past two years.

However, Grizzly spent more time honing his skills in the LCK Challenger League (LCK CL) with HLE.C. He maintained a partnership with HLE for three and a half years until he announced his departure on December 15.

Regarding Grizzly's arrival, UP stated in their announcement: "Grizzly previously served as the jungler for the LCK team HLE, accumulating rich and valuable practical experience. He possesses clear tactical thinking and decisive execution in matches, often using his keen insight to drive the pace of the game and create breakthrough opportunities for the team. We believe that Grizzly's arrival will inject new vitality and competitive style into the team, enriching our tactical system and match options."

Welcome Grizzly to the UP family! We look forward to him quickly gelling with his teammates and working together to create many more shining moments on the field in future competitions!

Compared to Grizzly, 26-year-old ADC player Hena has a much richer professional resume. Before joining the LPL, he played for several teams including SPG, BRION, Liiv SANDBOX, and FearX, and most recently for LYON in the LCS.

Regarding Hena's arrival, UP stated in their announcement: "Hena previously played for the LCK team BRION, honing his skills over three seasons, gradually growing from a rookie into a reliable core damage dealer for the team, accumulating valuable competitive experience as a professional player. Hena subsequently joined FearX and the LCS team LYON, gaining professional experience across different regions. In diverse competitive environments, he demonstrated the consistent damage output and flexible gameplay required of an ADC player."

Let's embark on a new journey together, united in purpose. Welcome Hena to the UP family! We look forward to him quickly integrating into the team environment, progressing together with his teammates, and working together to achieve excellent results in future competitions.

With the addition of two South Korean players, UP's starting lineup for next season is expected to be as follows:

Top laner: Zhang Liangchen (ID: Liangchen)

Jungler: Cho Seung-hoon (ID: Grizzly)

Mid Laner: Song Dailin (ID: Saber)

ADC: Park Jeong-hwan (ID: Hena)

Support: Xia Jingyao (ID: Xiaoxia)

Coach: Fan Chenhui (ID: Yuzhang)
