HEROIC official statement: Rifleman yxngstxr has been relegated to the bench.

HEROIC's CS2 team announced on Tuesday that rifler Simon Boye (ID: yxngstxr) has been relegated to the bench, effective immediately. According to the official statement, this move is intended to "finalize the roster for the new season."

The 21-year-old yxngstxr previously played for CS teams such as Bitfix, Metizport, and Sangal, before joining HEROIC in early 2025 along with the core members of Sangal. In his first season with HEROIC, he helped them win the CCT Global Finals and the MESA Nomad Masters Spring Championship, and advance to the second stage of the 2025 Blast.tv Austin Major.

However, HEROIC's performance in the second half of the year fluctuated significantly due to frequent roster changes. Although they made it to the playoffs in both CAC 2025 and the PGL Bucharest Masters, they ultimately failed to qualify for the StarLadder Bucharest Major.

According to HLTV statistics, yxngstxr has played a total of 192 maps and participated in 4161 rounds in HEROIC so far, and ranks second to last in the team's data ranking with an average personal rating of 0.99.
