YB team decided to stay in the Western European region and has passed the Fission Universe S4 audition

In view of the subsequent schedule, the Chinese DOTA 2 team Yakult Brothers (hereinafter referred to as "YB Team") decided to stay in the Western European region to participate in the competition.

According to former DOTA 2 professional player Maybe, after participating in DreamLeague S25 and BLAST Slam S2 overseas, the YB team chose to participate in the Western European qualifiers to avoid frequent travel. They signed up for the Western European qualifiers (FISSURE Universe Episode 4) yesterday and advanced to the qualifiers with three consecutive wins in the second round.

The Fission Universe S4 Western European Qualifiers will be held from February 13 to 15, with a total of eight teams participating. The qualifiers will adopt a double-elimination system to ultimately determine the two teams that will advance to the main tournament.

FISSURE Universe is an online competition organized by FISSURE, with 16 teams participating. The competition is scheduled to be held from March 22 to 30, with a total prize of up to $500,000.

Yakult, manager of the YB team, updated the situation after the game and confirmed that the team will participate in the PGL Wallachia S4 Western European Division Qualifiers. He said: "Fissure's qualifiers can all be completed today. The first round of PGL qualifiers is on the 7th and 8th. Since the platform automatically schedules the matches, they cannot adjust the time. It starts at 6 pm every day, which will definitely conflict with Blast's matches. If the opponent does not agree to postpone the game until we return from the venue tomorrow, we can only give up the first round. The second round will be on the 9th and 10th. At noon on the 9th, Blast's training room will be cleared, so we can only go to the Internet cafe in the afternoon. We will arrive in Serbia at noon on the 10th and catch up at 6 pm. The Fantasy League starts on February 16th, the PGL qualifiers are on the 11th and 14th, and the Fissure Universe qualifiers are on the 13th and 15th.
