2024/25 European knockout draw announced: Real Madrid vs Atletico Madrid, Manchester United vs Real Sociedad, Chelsea vs Copenhagen

On the evening of February 21, local time, the draw ceremonies for the knockout stages of the 2024/25 UEFA Champions League, Europa League and UEFA League were held in sequence at the UEFA headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland. The draw for this European knockout stage determines potential opponents based on the league stage rankings, and cancels the principle of avoiding confrontations with the same country and group stage.

According to the new competition system, the top 8 teams in the league stage will automatically advance to the round of 16 and serve as seeded teams, and in principle, they will play away first and then at home.
