Serie A: Pedro scored a penalty, 10-man Milan lost 1-2 to Lazio and suffered a three-game losing streak

The 27th round of the 2024/25 Serie A continued, and AC Milan lost 1-2 to Lazio at home. They suffered three consecutive defeats in Serie A for the first time since February 2023, and ranked ninth with 11 wins, 8 draws and 8 losses and 41 points.

After the victory, Lazio ranked fourth in Serie A with 50 points, with a record of 15 wins, 5 draws and 7 losses.

First Half

Just 3 minutes after the start, Lazio got a great chance to score: Rovella sent a precise through ball from the midfield, and Dia's single shot was blocked by Maignan. In the 6th minute, Tavares made a triangle pass from the bottom of the left wing, and the ball hit Pavlovic who was defending in front of the goal, almost causing an own goal. In the 13th minute, Dia got a single chance after stealing from Moussa, but he was tackled by Moussa who chased back when he broke through to the top of the arc and failed to complete the shot. In the 18th minute, Leo sent a straight pass from the front of the penalty area, and Reinders's shot in front of the goal was saved by Providel.

In the 28th minute, Chaona made a cross pass from the right, and Marusic's shot was saved by Maignan in the lower left corner. Zacani quickly followed up and scored, helping Lazio take the lead 1-0. After that, neither side made any progress, and the Blue Eagles entered the halftime break with a one-goal advantage.

Second Half

In the second half, the two teams changed sides. In the 50th minute, Tavares made a triangle pass from the left, and Gigo's shot in the penalty area was saved by Maignan. In the 52nd minute, Pulisic made a cross pass from the right side of the penalty area, and Felix half-turned and shot over the crossbar. In the 55th minute, Felix made a cross pass in front of the goal from the left bottom line in the penalty area, and Pulisic's shot missed.

In the 67th minute, Isaksson dribbled the ball through the left midfield, and Pavlovic chased back and tackled his opponent from behind. In the 84th minute, Leon sent a cross from the left, and Chukueze headed the ball into the goal in the penalty area to equalize the score for Milan.
