Fulham manager Marco Silva praises Brighton's recent excellent form

Fulham is about to challenge Brighton away, and coach Marco Silva praised Brighton's recent outstanding performance.

The two teams are separated by only one point in the Premier League, with Brighton in 8th place with 43 points and Fulham in 9th place with 42 points. They both made it to the FA Cup quarter-finals.

At the pre-match press conference, Silva said: "Brighton is a very good team. In my opinion, it is always difficult to play against them. They have strong individual abilities, especially in the midfield, where there are always two different midfielders rotating."

"Offensively, no matter who starts, they are all top-notch. They also show maturity on defense, and their goalie has the ability to pass the ball and can almost act as a fifth player on the field."

"It's going to be a very exciting game. It's going to be difficult for us but we're confident. We believe we can get the result we want and our goal is to go there and face Brighton head-on and try to get the three points."

In fact, Fulham has never lost to Brighton in the history of the Premier League. Under Silva's leadership, they have played against Brighton five times, winning four of them. When asked by reporters whether this can be an advantage, Silva replied: "It does give us confidence."

"But all these games are very difficult because Brighton are a really good team. They recovered quickly after losing to Nottingham Forest and their recent results are very good."

"It's certainly a good thing to have such a historical record, because it gives us and the fans confidence and makes us believe that we can do it again. Hopefully we can get a good result."
