Ezri Konsa praised the team's excellent defensive performance and the consecutive clean sheets showed the team's strength

Ezri Konsa praised Aston Villa's excellent defensive performance after their 3-0 win over Brighton, a match in which Aston Villa defended meticulously from the first minute and scored three goals in the second half to help the team secure the victory.  

Ezri Konsa was pleased with the performance of his team's defence and said the team's unity, mentality and desire were key factors in achieving their goals. "I thought our defence was very good and every player on the pitch was united," said Ezri Konsa.  

"In the first half, Brighton put some pressure on us, but I didn't feel any threat. In the second half, the game started to become more and more intense. They tried to put more pressure on us. We successfully counterattacked several times and scored three goals in a row."  

"I think this result is what everyone wants. We have kept a clean sheet for several games in a row. It's a matter of mentality. We know we have conceded a lot of goals this season. However, in recent games, we have successfully proved the strength of the team and kept a clean sheet, and this game is no exception."  

Despite the team's excitement over the win, Ezri Konsa believes the team must now focus on the coming campaign as Aston Villa look to once again win European football next season.  

Ezri Konsa added: "We knew this game was important for us, so we had to win, and we did it. We want to play European football again, and the Champions League qualifiers are our main goal. Now, we have to focus on the next game because it is also an important game for us."
