Morgan Rogers: We remain confident and believe the team has the ability to turn things around

Morgan Rogers said that the Champions League quarter-final between Aston Villa and Paris Saint-Germain is not over yet and he is confident about the second leg. Aston Villa lost to Paris Saint-Germain with a score of 1-3, but the team was not discouraged and promised to do their best to win in the second leg.  

In the 35th minute of the game, Morgan Rogers helped the team take the lead with a well-designed shot. This was Morgan Rogers' 14th goal of the season.  

However, Aston Villa's lead did not last long. Paris Saint-Germain's Desire Douai scored a goal and successfully equalized the score. Then, Kvitsa Kvaratskhelia scored another goal for the team. In the 92nd minute of the game, Nuno Mendes scored the third goal for Paris Saint-Germain to help the team win.  

After the game, Morgan Rogers said: "We are full of confidence in the next game. We have nothing to lose. After all, no one thought we would win this game at the beginning. So, we boldly give it a try. This is my mentality."

"We have enough good players to cause problems for any team. However, now we are going to go back home and we know our best form and the way we play at home this season is better."  

Since November, Aston Villa has been unbeaten in 17 home games in all competitions and has also been unbeaten in the European B6 League this season. This is the first time the two sides have met, but the battle for the quarter-finals has not yet been decided. Aston Villa and Paris Saint-Germain will compete again in the second round.  

Morgan Rogers said: "They are a very strong team and are very well organized. We knew this game would not be easy, so we had to defend well. Although we did it in this game, this is football. You never know what will happen."
