VP official: Former FaZe player curexi officially joins

Virtus.pro (VP), a well-known PUBG team, officially announced on Thursday that it has brought in Finnish player Timi Tenhura (ID: curexi) from FaZe Clan. They also relegated Jørde van Heldre (ID: ibiza) to the bench to make room for curexi in the starting lineup.

Joining VP also marks the reunion of curexi and Benjamin Stephenson (ID: Beami) - the two worked together in Heroic for about a year and a half. Curexi is particularly excited about this and said: "I am very happy to join this team, especially to fight side by side with my old teammates again. I am very much looking forward to the moment when we win the trophy together!"

The 23-year-old curexi started his professional career in November 2020 and has played for Vis, Heroic, FaZe Clan and other teams. So far, he has played in 1,210 games, with a bonus income of up to 280,000 US dollars, and won the runner-up of the 2021 PGC Global Finals and the third place of the 2024 E-sports World Cup with his team.

With the addition of curexi, here is the updated VP team roster:

Luka Lukavina (ID: Lukarux)

Nino Mikaic (ID: NIXZYEE)

Benjamin Stephenson (ID: Beami)

Timi Tenhura (ID: curexi)

Substitute: Jord van Heldre (ID: ibiza)

Coach: Kellon Prescott (ID: Scoom)
