RA official: Former E9 rifleman Trash officially joins and will replace SOMEBODY to compete in the first Steel Helmet Cup

Chinese CS2 team RA released an announcement on Thursday, announcing that former E9 rifleman Tian Aojie (ID: Trash) has officially joined the team. The 20-year-old will replace Xu Haowen (ID: SOMEBODY) in the upcoming first Steel Helmet Cup, while the latter will be relegated to the bench.

SOMEBODY has been playing for RA since October 2023. So far, he has played in 256 maps, participated in 5,391 rounds, harvested 3,879 kills, maintained a 49.2% headshot rate, and his average personal rating is 1.09.

The personnel change is due to RA's failure to qualify after they ranked third in the BLAST.tv Austin Major China Qualifiers. RA hopes that Trash's arrival can inject vitality into the team and help it return to the top.
