Nordic esports powerhouse HEROIC announced on its official website on Monday that Swedish Rifler Nilo has officially returned to its Counter Strike 2 (CS2) team main roster and announced its new roster members.
According to HEROIC's official statement, in addition to Nilo, the club also signed former Aurora AWP-er gr1ks.
Former Singularity player TOBIZ will also replace sAw, who previously moved to G2, as the team's new coach.
At the same time, former In-Game Leader LNZ and two Riflers yxngstxr and tN1R will also remain in the team.
This new roster will make its debut at the FISSURE Playground Belgrade, which will start on July 15.
About Nilo
Nilo, who is only 20 years old, was born in Sweden in January 2005 and mainly plays as a Rifler.
Nilo has been a professional Counter Strike e-sports player since 2019.
In his early years, he played for Silencio, GoBananas and flowskola, and won the FragLeague Season 5 with the latter.
Later, Nilo joined Young Ninjas and won the runner-up of the Svenska Eliteserien three times with the team.
In September 2013, Nilo moved to Metizport.
During this spell, he won the Svenska Cupen once with the team and reached the semi-finals of the BLAST Premier Spring Showdown 2024 with the team.
In January this year, Nilo joined HEROIC as a substitute, but one week after joining, he was forced to leave the team due to some personal matters at home.
