Counter Strike 2: Retchy to replace Infinite as a stand-in for Team Voca at the PGL Bucharest Major..

Team Voca announced on Monday via their official X (Twitter) account, that Canadian In-Game Leader Retchy will replace Infinite as a stand-in for the team at the ongoing PGL Bucharest Major.
According to Voca's official statement, the team had repeatedly tried to resolve Infinite's visa issues, but without success.
Meanwhile, the team had extended invitations, but only few players were willing to travel with the team on temporary visas for only a few days. Therefore, after several setbacks, they had no choice but to bring in Retchy as a stand-in.
However, the news that Retchy would be a stand-in for Voca has not received widespread support.
This Italian-Canadian player was previously banned for several months in 2021 after being accused of attempting to match-fix while playing for Rebirth.
At the time, Retchy was accused of conspiring with teammates 4pack and nosraC to fix matches in the ESEA MDL, ultimately resulting in a five-year ban from the Esports Integrity Commission (ESIC).
Voca inevitably drew criticism from netizens since Retchy has been given the opportunity to return to the professional Counter Strike 2 (CS2) esports scene with his suspension only ending a few days ago.
Voca suffered a crushing defeat in the first three rounds of the PGL Bucharest Major, losing to NRG, 3DMAX, and BC.Game.
The team will soon enter the playoffs of the CCT Series #4 North American Qualifiers.
Voca's current roster for the PGL Bucharest Major is as follows:
In-Game Leader / Rifler: nosraC
In-Game Leader: Snav
AWP-er: junior
Rifler: Jeorge
In-Game Leader: Retchey (Substitute)
Coach: SEMPHIS
