IEM Cologne 2025 Playoffs Matches Announced: Top Six Battle for Glory

IEM Cologne 2025 has officially entered the playoffs, with six top teams set to compete fiercely at the LANXESS Arena for a chance to claim a million-dollar prize pool and world-class honors.

Among them are some of the top four teams in the world, boasting a truly impressive roster. Team Vitality dominated the group stage, extending their series winning streak to an astonishing 37 games, securing a perfect record and advancing directly to the semifinals.

On the other hand, Team Spirit, where newcomer zweih made his debut, also performed brilliantly, defeating MOUZ for the first time in four encounters and also securing a spot in the semi-finals.

Fresh off their victory over FaZe, Natus Vincere (NAVI) advanced to the quarterfinals, where they will face The MongolZ, second-place finisher from Group A. This match also marks the stage debut of new member makazze, whose performance is highly anticipated. The winner will advance to the semifinals, where they will face Team Spirit.

The other quarterfinal features a comeback match. FalleN, who previously won the 2017 IEM Cologne Major, will return to the LANXESS Arena after eight years. This time, he will lead FURIA to face MOUZ.

This will be FURIA's first match against MOUZ since their transition to an international roster. The winner will face Team Vitality, who are in hot form, for a spot in the finals.
