Yao returns to Dota 2 to coach Team Tidebound's new roster

After losing at The International 2025 (TI 2025), the Chinese team Team Tidebound announced a major roster adjustment. The most anticipated news was that veteran Yao returned to the mainstream Dota 2 arena after four years and officially joined the team as coach.

Yao is a legend in Chinese Dota 2. He played for LGD Gaming and competed in numerous international tournaments, renowned for his steady leadership and unique tactical vision.
