Russian Counter Strike 2 (CS2) club BetBoom Team (BB) announced on Tuesday through its official Twitter account that former PARIVISION AWP-er Artfr0st and former 9Pandas rifler d1Ledez have officially joined the team.
According to BB's official statement, as part of this roster change, former rifler Ax1Le will be benched.
This also means that Artfr0st, who joined BB as a stand-in in place of the benched zorte at FISSURE Playground Series 1, has had his ownership been bought out by the team after reaching the semifinals with an average rating of 1.13.
FISSURE Playground Series 1 also became 2022 HLTV top-four Player of the Year Ax1Le's last tournament for BB before being benched.
About Artfr0st
Artfr0st, 23, was born on November 27, 2001, in Russia and plays as a sniper.
Artfr0st has been a professional Counter Strike 2 (CS2) esports player since 2020, having previously played for PbI6aJIka and Meta4Pro.
At the end of November 2011, Artfr0st joined Spirit Academy and was promoted to the Spirit main team two years later.
During his time with Spirit, Artfr0st won the Thunderpick World Championship European Series 2, BB Dacha Dubai, and CCT Season 1 North European Series 6.
In January 2024, Artfr0st joined PARIVISION.
During this time, he played with the team in the Perfect World Shanghai Major Europe B RMR, but was eliminated early after losing to TSM.
About d1Ledez
The 22-year-old d1Ledez, born on July 3, 2003 in Russia, also became a professional CS2 esports player in 2020, playing as a rifler.
d1Ledez began his professional career with Hard Legion, where he won the GameBuddy Challenge Cup as a trialist.
He later played for S-Gaming, MORGENSHTERN, and BEZ ZP before joining Singularity in September 2021.
In July of the following year, d1Ledez joined 9Pandas.
During his nearly three-year spell with 9Pandas, d1Ledez averaged a 1.13 rating and helped the team win the CyberPark Championship, CCT Season 2 Europe Series 3, European Pro League Season 20, and the BB Streamers Battle.
After parting ways with the team in April of this year, d1Ledez played for Recrent, defeating Evelone in the Winline Star Series.
