Jinan RW侠 e-sports club head coach Dada officially leaves the team

Jinan RW侠 Esports Club announced that after friendly negotiations with Coach Dada (Zhang Min) and respecting his wishes, both parties have agreed to terminate his coaching contract. Coach Dada will no longer serve as the team's coach, effective immediately. Both parties expressed their best wishes for the future.  

Esports is a journey filled with unknowns and challenges, and every ups and downs are valuable assets for growth. This past summer, Jinan RW Xia and Coach Dada forged ahead together, enduring fierce competition and rigorous tests. Facing pressure and challenges, the team remained resilient and persevering.  

Coach Dada has demonstrated exceptional tactical proficiency and a rigorous work ethic throughout his tenure. He not only brings a wealth of tactical insights to the team but also plays a crucial role in team building and morale. The Jinan RW侠 Esports Club sincerely thanks him for his dedicated dedication to his position and his meticulous guidance in the growth of his team members.  

Departure marks a new beginning. The team respects and supports Coach Dada's decision and sincerely wishes him a brighter and more fulfilling future. Regardless of where he ends up, we all look forward to him continuing to shine in the esports world and pursue higher goals and dreams.

Going forward, the team will actively adjust and optimize its structure, steadily improve its competitive level, and strive to achieve even better results in upcoming competitions to repay the support and expectations of its fans.
