FPX jungler milkyway was suspended indefinitely for allegedly leaking the team's BP strategy.

FPX esports club released an official announcement on Wednesday, announcing that it will indefinitely suspend all cooperation with jungler Cai Zijun (ID: milkyway). The move stems from a report received by the club alleging that milkyway leaked the team's draft strategy while playing for Royal Never Give Up (RNG).

Milkyway, 21, joined RNG's LDL team, RYL, in June 2022 and was promoted to the first team in November of the same year. During his time with RNG, he won the 2023 NEST Annual Finals and was awarded the "Best Rookie" title in both the 2024 LPL Spring and Summer seasons.

Milkyway played for FPX on loan from December 2023 to November 2024. Due to unpaid wages and management issues with RNG, Milkyway chose to return to FPX in July this year.

According to the report received by FPX, milkyway is suspected of leaking the team's draft strategy during the group stage of the 2024 Demacia Cup. The whistleblower, "gorge kkz", also posted multiple screenshots of chat records on Weibo, which involved milkyway discussing match drafts, profit distribution, and other information with a third party, while also disclosing his private contact information.

In response to this, FPX responded through social media: "On August 9, 2025, false statements involving the FPX e-sports club appeared on the Internet. We immediately conducted an internal investigation. After careful investigation, we confirmed that the relevant situation was untrue. To clarify the facts and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the club, we reported the case to the public security organs in accordance with the law and handed it over to the legal team for follow-up handling.

On the evening of August 11, 2025, the club received a report alleging that player Cai Zijun (ID: milkyway) had violated regulations during the 2024 Demacia Cup. We attached great importance to this and immediately suspended all of the player's competition and training arrangements. We reported the matter to the League that evening and actively cooperated with the investigation throughout.

We are currently awaiting the results of the league's investigation. Pending the official investigation's final conclusion, the club will, in accordance with tournament rules, indefinitely suspend all cooperation with player Cai Zijun. Maintaining a pure competitive environment is the club's unshakable bottom line. We do not tolerate malicious rumors and will not tolerate any violations or illegal behavior. FPX has now used substitute player Ma Chenshuo (ID: iyy) to replace milkyway. If the violation is confirmed, milkyway may face a long-term suspension and a fine.
