Society always likes to make people anxious about their appearance and age. Time is limited, and youth cannot compete with young people. It seems that their value in the workplace has plummeted. Between experience and age, many companies habitually choose the latter. Using the principle of "promising talents" or "good times", they ignore the accumulated experience of the older generation, causing many people to focus too much on the future and forget the present. What golden decade? They spend all their thoughts on their careers, not on entertainment, not on seeing the world. After achieving their goals, or after failing and being abandoned, they realize that it is not worth it at all.
The idea that older people don't have the money to start over is centuries old. Just like the Danish esports coach mithR, 35, is ready to take on a full-time coaching role. Previously with Complexity and Liquid, he's looking for a new project, even one at an international level. He's willing to coach any type of team, whether startup or established.
At 35 years old, this age is considered old in the e-sports circle. To put it bluntly, he would even be called a senior. However, he chose to step forward bravely, promoting and applying the knowledge and practical experience he has learned over the years to potential teammates, and continuing to contribute selflessly. His identity as a non-professional player has not eliminated his desire and passion for competition.
He stated that he's still developing and ready to communicate via private message. "We're still building, just getting started, and we're trying to establish ourselves," he said. Furthermore, he's coached teams like North, MOUZ, Apeks, and Liquid, so anyone who brings him into their team would really benefit greatly.
