Counter Strike 2: Russian team SENZA banned by Esports Integrity Commission (ESIC) due to multiple allegations of cheating..

The Esports Integrity Commission (ESIC) announced on its official website on Sunday that Russian Counter Strike 2 team SENZA has been suspended effective immediately for multiple allegations of cheating.

According to ESIC's official statement from ESIC, a team has been established to independently investigate the allegations against SENZA under the Anti

Corruption Rules.

Pending the results of the investigation, SENZA players, coaches, and management personnel are prohibited from representing other teams in any ESIC-sanctioned and regulated CS2 events.

The commission also reserves the right to extend or cancel SENZA's suspension and recommend to Valve that the individuals involved receive lifetime bans.

The ESIC's suspension follows SENZA's previous announcement that it would impose a severe punishment on its roster player, byek, for alleged account sharing and cheating.

In late September, multiple photos of byek allegedly sharing accounts with others during the CCT Season 3 Europe Series 3 tournament in June circulated online.

Subsequently, numerous accusations and screenshots alleging byek's involvement in illegal betting on tournaments and selling confidential internal information were posted online.

Although byek remained silent and refused to respond to these allegations, he was benched by SENZA earlier this month.

At the same time, ENCE released video evidence from its analysts questioning suspected cheating by SENZA, who had previously competed under the name ROSY.

This accusation was immediately supported by GamerLegion coach ash.

Following this, suspicions that all members of the SENZA roster, apart from byek, were involved in the cheating as well led the team to bench its entire roster and temporarily field a new roster.

SENZA is a Russian esports organization founded in late 2024, originally competing primarily in Rocket League esports.

In July of this year, SENZA acquired ROSY as its Counter Strike 2 team.

However, since the team was founded, no matter it's SENZA or ROSY they have been constantly accused of blatant cheating.

Debates about they were suspected of using software to crack the radar monitoring range limit to cheat in the match against the ENCE Academy team has been one of the most hotly discussed topics in the CS2 section of the Reddit forum in recent times.
