The era of all-Brazilian athletes is over; FURIA has reorganized its lineup and is shifting towards internationalization.

As times evolve, humanity cannot afford to be complacent, especially when the goal is the international stage. Fans familiar with the CS2 scene probably know that the Brazilian team FURIA harbors grand ambitions for this esports title. Passionate about it, they constantly make new attempts and repeatedly change names to solve problems. In other words, they keep changing the name but not the substance. After a long period of setbacks, they are finally daring to explore and undertake a true rebuild.

FURIA demoted chelo and skullz and brought in a Latvian entry fragger and a Kazakh sniper, essentially making them a Brazilian team. Doesn't that sound completely different? This is the first step in their transformation: shedding the "Brazilian" label, changing the team language to English, and demonstrating amazing execution. After the roster change, they immediately won the game, exposing past problems.

I remember 2016 was the peak of this Brazilian team, winning the Major championship. But the good times didn't last long. In the 2017 finals, they lost and fell into a deep abyss, never to recover. Of course, they have always been a famous strong team in Brazil. Although they disappeared from the Champions Cup, it did not stop them from moving forward. The solutions they came up with were limited to the small roster they had. To put it bluntly, there is a wealth of talent in the world, and the requirements are indeed Brazilians.

They tried to create star players like Imperial and 00NATION, vowing to have a big breakout on the field, but ultimately crashed and burned. Then came the rifle duo, KSCERATO and yuurih, who came closest to the championship, but unfortunately lacked a core sniper and missed out in the end.
