On February 3rd local time, AC Milan officially announced the completion of three midfield signings. They are 23-year-old Santiago Jimenez, 21-year-old Warren Bondo, and 25-year-old Ricardo Sottil.

Santiago Jimenez

Santiago Jimenez came from the Blue Cross youth training and transferred to Feyenoord for 6 million euros in July 2022. He mainly plays as a center forward in Feyenoord. So far, he has made 105 appearances, scored 65 goals and sent 14 assists. He won the Eredivisie championship, the Dutch Cup and the Cruyff Shield with the team.

As for the national team level, Jimenez has represented Mexico as a naturalized player since 2021. So far, he has made 32 appearances, contributed 4 goals and 2 assists, and won the 2023 CONCACAF Gold Cup as a main player.

According to Milan's announcement, Jimenez will wear the No. 7 jersey. The two sides signed a four-and-a-half-year contract until June 30, 2029.

According to Italian media reports, Jimenez's transfer fee is as high as 35 million euros, and Blue Cross, as his former club, will receive 10% of it. Feyenoord will also receive 15% of Jimenez's secondary transfer share.

Warren Bondo

The 21-year-old Warren Bondo was born in Evry, France, and plays as a central midfielder. He made his debut in the Nancy youth training and joined Monza as a free agent in July 2022.

So far, Bondo has played 52 times for Monza, scoring 1 goal and providing 1 assist. AC Milan sees him as Ismael Bennacer's successor and has signed him until June 30, 2029.

Various signs indicate that Bondo's transfer fee is 10 million euros. He will wear the No. 38 jersey in Milan.

Ricardo Sottil

Ricardo Sottil joined Fiorentina's youth training at the age of 16 and made his debut for the first team in Serie A on September 19, 2018. The 25-year-old mainly plays as a left winger in Fiorentina. So far, he has made 138 appearances, contributing 15 goals and 14 assists.

This loan to AC Milan will be Sottil's third loan after Pescara and Cagliari. His loan fee is 1 million euros, and the contract comes with an optional buyout clause of 10 million euros.

Sottil will wear the No. 99 jersey at Milan.

Calabria, Bennacer, Okafor and Zeroli leave on loan
