Domantas Sabonis suffers hamstring injury vs. Houston Rockets


Domantas Sabonis was forced to go to the locker room after playing less than two minutes against the Houston Rockets.  

 

Domantas Sabonis, who currently plays for the Sacramento Kings, left the game against the Houston Rockets early in the first quarter with a hamstring injury, and the team said he would not return. One minute into the game, Domantas Sabonis was running on the court when he suddenly pulled his left hamstring.  

 

It is reported that interim coach Doug Christie then called a timeout and Domantas Sabonis was carried out of the game and sent to the locker room. Afterwards, the team announced that Domantas Sabonis had a hamstring injury and would miss the rest of the game.  

 

After the game, coach Doug Christie did not reveal any details about the player's injury. Doug Christie said: "We will see the results in the next few days, maybe tomorrow or the day after tomorrow we will have an idea."  

 

Domantas Sabonis is averaging 19.9 points, 14.4 rebounds and 6.3 assists per game this season. In the end, six players on the Sacramento Kings scored at least 12 points as the Kings prevailed 113-103.
