Raul Jimenez says he will do his best to give everything for the team

Raúl Jimenez scored twice as Mexico beat Panama 2-1. After scoring twice in the semifinal, Raúl Jimenez scored again in Inglewood just eight minutes into the match, when Panama's goalkeeper failed to get to the ball and Raúl Jimenez headed it into the net.  

Before the end of the first half, VAR detected a foul and awarded Panama a penalty, and Adalberto Carrasquera shot directly to equalize the score.  

But the final was decided by another penalty. In the final minute of the game, Raul Jimenez had a chance from 12 yards. Raul Jimenez always performs well in these situations and this one was no exception, as he made the goalkeeper dive the wrong way.  

Raul Jimenez, whose four goals in two games also saw him named player of the tournament, said after the game: "Mission accomplished, these games are difficult. But, after they equalised, we played the way we should and we are very happy with the win."
