Vitor Pereira reminds players not to relax as the team will face a difficult challenge

Wolves manager Vitor Pereira said he will not let his players relax and will ask more of them in the game against Tottenham Hotspur. Currently, Wolves are 12 points ahead of the relegation zone, but Vitor Pereira knows that the team still has a lot of work to do, so he keeps pushing the players to improve.  

Vitor Pereira is delighted that Mateus Cunha has returned from suspension and, although he is likely to be a substitute, he is still absorbing his coach's ideas and is ready to contribute his part for the team.  

"It would be a big mistake if the players relaxed," said Vitor Pereira. "It is my responsibility to keep them alert because the next game is very important for us and it will be a difficult one."  

“We need to try our best to get the three points because the opponent is a very strong team. I have watched their recent games and they are in good shape because they have a very good lineup. Therefore, we can't relax, we need to maintain our level and be ready to face this team.”

Through these small things, we can support each other tactically and the relationship between the players is more harmonious."

Vitor Pereira also talked about the return of Mateus Cunha. He said: "Mateus Cunha is very involved in training and he is always ready to help the team. We have won the last three games and have been stable tactically and mentally, so it makes sense to continue playing with the same lineup. Mateus Cunha will come to help us. I have talked to him, but I will still play with the same lineup."  

"We are at a stage where we can create different things and we are all trying to achieve more for the team and that is our responsibility."  

Vitor Pereira also said: "We have a good relationship with the fans. I like to celebrate with the fans after the team wins because they are very important to us and one of our sources of motivation."
