Wolfsburg announced on its official website on Monday that Brentford's Denmark international defender Mads Roerslev has joined the club on-loan.
According to the Bundesliga club's official statement, Roerslev will play for the club on-loan until the end of this season, and the loan agreement includes a non-mandatory buyout clause. At the same time, he will also wear the No. 5 jersey.
After completing his joining procedures, Roerslev, who was interviewed by Wolfsburg's official website for the first time, said: "I am very happy to be here. Wolfsburg is a very good club and I like the way this team plays. I am very happy to be a part of it now, and I can't wait to play in this beautiful stadium."
About Mads Roerslev
The 25-year-old Roerslev was born on June 24, 1999 in Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark. He is 1.84 meters tall and primarily plays as a right-wing back. He can also play as a right midfielder.

Between March 2017 and June 2019, Roerslev was loaned-out to Halmstads and Vendsyssel.
In August 2019, Roerslev joined Brentford for £50,000.
