Nuno says Morgan has nothing to prove to anyone

Nottingham Forest manager Nuno Espirito Santo has said Morgan Gibbs-White "has nothing to prove to anyone" despite being left out of the England squad.
The Forest playmaker was left out of Thomas Tuchel's England squad for the World Cup qualifiers against Albania and Latvia, but was brought in as a temporary replacement after Chelsea striker Cole Palmer withdrew through injury.
However, he failed to make the matchday squad against Albania, and was just a spectator on the bench against Latvia as Tuchel chose to observe other players.
"Morgan is in the squad, he hasn't played, but he's there," Nuno said. "I hope he can get another chance."
"I have known him for many years. We don't need to say anything more. He understands my thoughts completely."
"In my opinion, Morgan is a top player with great talent and technique. He brings a very high level of play to us - both with and without the ball."
"He doesn't need to prove anything to anybody. I don't think that's the mentality he should have right now."
"He just needs to continue to compete, play, play for us, help his teammates, and give it his all. Everything will fall into place."
