Tundra Esports announced the return of Russian core player Pure to the Dota 2 lineup, officially replacing Crystallis at the number one position.
This move marks Tundra Esports as the first team to announce off-season roster changes following The International 2025, with the roster shakeup aimed at shaking off a disappointing 7th–8th place finish this year.
Pure was loaned to Tundra Esports by BetBoom Team in 2024, and helped the team win third place at TI 2024, third place at ESL One Birmingham 2024, and top four at Riyadh Masters 2024, with outstanding performances.
This year, Pure returned to Tundra Esports, concluding a two-year partnership with BetBoom Team. In the 2025 season, Pure and BetBoom Team secured a double title at both FISSURE Universe: Episode 4 and PGL Wallachia Season 5, and also achieved multiple top-four finishes, including at ESL One Raleigh and Clavision Masters.
Meanwhile, Tundra Esports has also welcomed another new member, Ari, who will replace Saksa in the fourth support position. Crystallis has moved to MOUZ, while Saksa has temporarily left the game.
Tundra Esports' complete new roster consists of Pure, bzm, 33, Ari, and Whitemon. The team plans to debut the new lineup at BLAST Slam IV in Singapore in early November. The event will feature several top teams in the world, including Team Liquid, Team Spirit, and The International 2025 champions Team Falcons.
