Counter Strike 2: MIBR Female head coach land1n has officially stepped down..


Brazilian Counter Strike 2 club MIBR announced on Friday via its official X (Twitter) account that land1n, head coach of the women's team, has stepped down effective immediately.


According to MIBR's official statement, the separation was requested by land1n himself. Although he will no longer serve as head coach of the women's team, he will remain with the club as a coach for the Academy team.


As a replacement, assistant coach naxx will immediately become the new head coach.


Following the announcement of his departure, land1n said on his personal social media account: "After several days of careful consideration, I have decided to take a break. I am very proud of what we have achieved during this time. We won the championship, ranked first in Brazil, second globally, and gained a wealth of experience!"


"I am very grateful to the club, staff, and players for their trust in me during this journey. Now it's more about timing and being honest about what I believe is most important at this moment."


"My focus will not change; I will remain focused on CS and will continue to support the team and the project. Now, I will use this time to regroup." "


About land1n


Land1n, 32 years old, was born on December 1, 1993, in Brazil. He became a professional Counter Strike esports player in 2015, and was formerly pain's ace AWP-er.


After retiring in July 2025, land1n joined MIBR as the head coach of its women's team.


During his coaching tenure, land1n led the team to victory in the Rainhas do Clutch tournament and a runner-up finish in the ESL Impact Season 8 finals.
