Following the news of karrigan's transfer, Ukrainian CS legend Zeus is considering a return to the professional scene.

Ukrainian retired esports player Danilo Teslenko (ID: Zeus) said on Sunday that he is considering returning to the professional scene.

Zeus has been away from the competitive scene for over seven years since announcing his retirement in 2019. Recently, influenced by news that Danish veteran Finn Andersen (ID: karrigan) might join Falcons, he has reassessed the possibility of a comeback.

In a post on the X platform, Zeus stated, "I have always been a supporter of young talent and believe it is very important to give the next generation opportunities - I admire the energy and playstyle of the young FUT players."

"However, karrigan's transfer has really motivated me. Now, I'm seriously considering returning to the CS scene. To be honest, when I retired, I never imagined that players over 33 would be so sought after."

The 38-year-old Zeus began his professional career in 2002, and has since served as a captain or rifler for numerous teams, including pro100, Virtus.pro, forZe, DTS, KerchNET, NAVI, and Gambit. A legendary figure in the CS 1.6 and CS:GO era, he has won over 60 tournament titles in his 17-year career, including 17 S-level titles such as the Game Show Global Esports Cup, the 2014/15 ESL Winter Championship, the 2015 Esports World Cup, the 2015 IEM San Jose, the 2017 PGL Krakow, the 2018 Heroes Asia Championship ACL, ESL One 2018 Cologne, and the 2018 BLAST Copenhagen Series.
