Hansi Flick was very pleased with his team's defensive performance

In Barcelona's last 16 away game against Benfica, the team won 1-0. Coach Hansi Flick was very proud of his team's performance.  

After the game, Hansi Flick reviewed the team's victory. Hansi Flick believes that the team's victory was not easy, because many things can happen on the football field. Benfica is a good team, so it is not easy to win the game. Next, Barcelona must prepare for the second round.  

Hansi Flick said: "It's not easy to play with ten men, but we played very well. We played very well defensively, every player did a good job and gave their all for the game. We reacted quickly and kept a compact formation."  

"We did a good job defending, but the clean sheet is also thanks to Wojciech Szczesny, who made several important saves for the team. Wojciech Szczesny is a great goalkeeper and he helped the team keep the clean sheet. I see him every day in training and he is really good."  

Despite the team's victory, coach Hansi Flick remained calm and cautious. He said: "The game is not over yet. Although we are in an advantageous position, many unexpected things can happen on the football field. The second round will be difficult and we must be prepared for the next game."
